1st time at the beach all dressed in her red bikini. Randy said she looked like "Red Riding hood". Randy also asked if it was necessary to put her in a swim suit on the beach and I said - "You bet!"She is just to cute in a swimsuit, even if it isn't as comfortable as some other things. She is a girl and will have to get used to it - what you do to look good! She sure got noticed on the beach this year - it's not to often you see a 6 week old on the beach! We had quite a few people come up to look at her and ask about her.
We put her in this travel swing each day under the kid canopy which was under our umbrella so she definitely would not get burned at all on the beach. My midwife said that you could not put sunscreen on them till their at least 6 months of age. I did not know that so we had to be extra careful out there, especially because it was in the 80's and sunny everyday. She loved her swing though and loved the outside - she was always great each day. It will be a little more exciting till next year though when she plays on the beach!

Savannah in her Kiddie pool that mom-mom and pops brought on the beach everyday for her. She loved the pool and we had lots of people come up to ask where mom-mom bought it. She wished she bought a bunch and sold them on the beach for twice as much:)
Talya loves the pool too and watching her cousin. Savannah still touches Talya and chuckles.

Here she is in her little lilac outfit with matching shoes and all. We had her dressed up for a night on the town. We went out to eat for some nice steaks that night! She behaved so well at the restaurant and slept the whole time - not a peep from her. Mommy and daddy enjoyed it thoroughly!

Here she is the next day on the beach in her little yellow flower swim suit.
Just relaxing - so cute!

We went to a restaurant that night that was by Murrells Inlet and after dinner we went on the deck for pictures. It was a bummer it was already dark, but we still got some good shots anyway. The view was great and it was lightening a lot that night and we got to see some really awesome streaks that night on the deck of the restaurant. Talya was wide awake for pictures that night.
Below is a "Mommy and me pic". She loves to study faces lately, especially mommy's and daddy's face.

The 2 cousins with Aunt Amanda and Uncle Joey, needless to say it is a little difficult to get the cousins both to cooperate for pictures together. It turned out pretty decent dispite the fact though. Jaime and I have them dressed in their matching fruity outfits that mom-mom bought them!

Randy and I enjoying a picture just as husband and wife!
Now one with the little one added below!

The third day out she went to the beach in this navy pocka dot bikini - which turned out to be my favorite of all. I love all the flowers up top. She says "Mommy - what are you doing to me!"

Talya wanted to have some fun in the sun too and asked to have some lounge time.
Mommy couldn't resist, so she let her for a little!

Here she is just sleeping again - which is what she did best on the beach!
I think she might be a little hot though today!

We went to "Broadway at the beach" on Tuesday night (which is like an upscale boardwalk) We dressed the two cousins in their matching yellow bonnett outfits. We both bought them the outfits - with out the other knowing - unplanned. She is listening to Uncle Jeffrey so intensly in this photo and really likes what he has to say. In the next photo, she is so intrigued by his conversation that she lets out a big chuckle.

The two cousins getting ready for another night out and another night matching!
Savannah notices that and tells Talya "Hey, that outfit looks familiar - where did you get yours?"

Here we are at "Broadway at the Beach" and we had to get some more of the 2 cousins - so cute!

Me and baby relaxing a bit together. Talya was revved up that night and also very irritable. It was hard for mommy and daddy to have as much fun that night. She managed to look adorable for some photos though.
Below is Daddy and baby at the beach - she is really concentrated on Daddy and what he is saying to her.

Aunt Amanda is holding baby Talya and she went fast asleep in her arms.

Savannah was taking her afternoon nap on the beach and so we layed Talya next to her for a little nap too.

Daddy and baby golfing together - supposively Daddy says will happen a lot. He wants her to go pro eventually and be a great women golfer. We will see what she wants to do first!

We split up gals and guys for mini golf and had to get some photos of the groups. The men were stuck with the kids though - one in a back pack and one in a car seat. They both were good for the guys though and Talya went to sleep and Savannah just watched.

Group family Picture the last day of Myrtle Beach at "Oliver's Lodge" a restaurant off of Murrells Inlet. We took the pic in front of a Church next door to it. We had lots of fun at Myrtle Beach and like every year are ready to leave by the end of the week, but can't wait for the following year to go back again! It is lots of fun and relaxing and great family time!
