Right after Thanksgiving on the week-end after - we got the Christmas decorations out of the basement - turned on the fireplace and Christmas carols and started decorating. It was a little different this year with a baby!
In the beginning she layed on the floor and played with the tree skirt - twirled herself in it and we put the santa hat on. The kitty was amused and just watched on. The kitties find her very entertaining these days and will lay on the floor next to her and just watch.
She is having a grand old time!
"Mommy - you should decorate for this Christmas thing more often!"
We were surprised how well she was with the hat on that she didn't take it off at all. She played with it on...
and even with it half over her eyes... she just kept playing....
"What are ya looking at?"
Here is daddy putting up the snow for the little village...
here mommy is decorating the staircase for Christmas...
and here is the kitties just taking it all in by the warm fireplace now...
